loved our time in palermo and casa vacanze flavia was the perfect base! the vintage decor and embroidered bed linen added so much charm. the well-equipped kitchen and access to a rooftop terrace were great bonuses. watching the super blue moon from there was unforgettable!

We had an extraordinary stay at Casa Vacanze Flavia! The apartment is located in a beautiful, historic building with stunning frescoes on the ceilings. The three little balconies and the fantastic roof terrace provided us with incredible views of the surrounding area. The location is perfect, with a supermarket nearby and all the historical sites within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host was very helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the rooftop terrace even more!

Lots of charming bars and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bedrooms, a nice bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The host was friendly and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment had a fancy kitchen with all the modern gadgets. I felt like a MasterChef in there. The Ballarò Market nearby was a great place to grab some ingredients for my culinary experiments. And they even provided towels, no need to bring my own!

Yeah, because climbing to the roof terrace through a ladder was just so convenient. Who needs easy access to stunning views and fresh air anyways?
